Matt Wolfe joined GuideStone® in 2015 and serves as Vice President – Legal for GuideStone Investment Services® (GSIS) and GuideStone Capital Management, LLC, and as Chief Legal Officer for GuideStone Funds®. He is responsible for developing, administering and maintaining the organization’s compliance policies and procedures, as well as its operational due diligence and legal due diligence programs. Mr. Wolfe also oversees the Investment Risk Management team for GuideStone Funds and is responsible for the governance practices of GSIS.
Mr. Wolfe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the state bars of New York and Texas.
